Your Opportunity
Leading or participating in the formulation and improvement of the internal auditing
processes for HSE functions, throughout the Client estate that currently consists of 137 sites spread between Riyadh and 130 Missions (countries)
Provide professional Health, Safety and Environmental management advice. Act as a Specialist focal point for all stakeholders.
Review existing standards and co-ordinate and prepare improvements to meet international best practices in HSE management.
This role is based in Riyadh, KSA
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in Developing Project Dept environmental policies, plans and procedures and monitor projects Delivery compliance with these requirements.
- Consulting and collaborating with other functions to ensure agreed and consistent auditing,
- Implementing or participating (physically or virtually) in the implementation of internal audits across multiple functions,
- Providing training on HSE auditing and mentoring as assigned,
- Consulting across business lines/operations, providing mentorship, and contributing
specialized HSE knowledge, - Providing recommendations for procedural improvements,
- Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders,
- Support the definition of processes, policies, and procedures,
- ensure that investigations and other work are aligned with the Client's Health and Safety
requirements and values. - Leading or participating in the formulation and continual improvement of the internal and external auditing processes for HSE functions.
- Providing competent advice to stakeholders on appropriate remedial actions from audit findings.
- Analysing and communicating audit findings in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating and co-ordinating with all relevant stakeholders to plan and execute all aspects of HSE audit programmes.
- Providing HSE training and mentoring as required.
- Ensure the HSE update and maintenance of, any integrated management systems.
- Manage and conduct risk assessments and assessments of environmental aspects.
- Provide guidance on resource use, pollution prevention, waste reduction and support functional departments in monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the Integrated Management System requirements.
- Monitor and report on service stream environmental compliance arrangements and report on the progress / closure of corrective actions.
- Support functional departments in the monitoring and reporting of environmental performance indicators.
- Support and report on environmental emergency preparedness exercises.
- Support the liaison and preparation for testing requirements - such as environmental pollution tests, and the application of permits, licenses and clearances from government / regulatory authorities.
Specific Requirements
Five (5) years minimum of HSE auditing experience covering TFM operations;
A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant field
Valid qualifications as Lead Auditor: ISO 45001 (essential);
Lead or Internal Auditor OHSAS 18001 (essential);
Certified in ISO 14001 (essential);
Registered with some or all other components of the ISO 14000 family of standards (desirable);
Membership of a recognised and reputable professional organisation such as NEBOSH

(role) We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Centre of Excellence team with operational activities and projects related to Talent Management, Colleague Experience, Diversity and Inclusion (including Nationalisation), Leadership Development and Employee Wellbeing.
(soft skills) The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.
(contract/location) This role is part of the finance team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.
Key Accountabilities (Key elements of the job)
- Support the Talent and Colleague Experience team in all projects and deliverables.
- Support in preparation of reports and data analysis of Talent frameworks.
- Coordination with relevant stakeholders for high potential programmes, including planning, reports, meeting invites, and programme monitoring.
- Coordination of the SME Graduate Programme ensuring top graduates are sourced from local and international universities, relevant screening processes used, appropriate induction plans in place, assist with programme design and success reviews.
- Coordinate and support the annual Colleague Engagement survey project plan to ensure successful rollout and completion
- Support in preparation of the annual wellbeing calendar, publishing across SME and ensure up take of events and initiatives through engaging communication plans
Specific Requirements (What we are looking for in our candidates)
- Ideally a degree holder in Human Resources/ administration or any related discipline.
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Bi) - proficient in word processing, developing presentations, reports and compiling documents into standard formats.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in HR/Admin background
- Advanced MS Office skills is essential as well as presentation abilities and MS Power Point skills
- Strong analytical skills and MS Excel skills
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
