Painter & Decorator

A Painter & Decorator is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Painter & Decorator role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. You will need to have experience working on damp and mould works. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Painter & Decorator are:

• Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Painter & Decorator are:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
