Serco has an amazing oppoutunity for Partnership Manager for the great Restart Scheme. The Restart Scheme will give Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 9 months enhanced support to find jobs in their local area. The Partnership Manager will proactively engage and develop effective relationship with key stakeholders and local services. Responsible for managing the team of Partnership coordinators and developing and implementing the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
The Partnership Manager will build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders such as: Combined Authorities, Welsh Government, Local Authorities, Local Employment Partnerships (LEP) and Skills Advisory Board, Local recovery boards, Association of Employment & Learning Providers, National Council for Voluntary Organisation and attend Local Engagement Meetings (LEM). In addition, work closely with operations team and supply chain network to identify gaps and opportunities to complement and align with existing local provision throughout the duration of the contract.
