Up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience

 

Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Solutions Lead to manage the day-to-day running, and continuous improvement of the payroll system within the UK. You will take responsibility for ensuring all data integrations from SAP HR to the payroll system (Resource Link) is successfully completed and aligned on a monthly basis.

-    Have strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, has a keen attention to detail and a good commercial sense.
-    Used to working on both Project and BAU (Business as Usual) activities.
-    Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.
-    Experience of payroll implementations.

 

What you'll need to do the role


The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge of HR and Payroll business domain and associated integration impacts. You will be a people person with experience working in a fast-paced environment being able to communicate at all levels. You will feel confident managing enhancements and upgrades through to completion by analysing the impact and testing. You will have experience of raising risks and potential issues to Payroll Service Delivery Manager regarding integrations between SAP HR and the payroll system and act as a focal point for queries relating to the integration, Payroll system, data, and operational use. Lastly, you will be able to prioritise your workload and know how to communicate with your stakeholders so they have confidence that you are completing tasks.
