Job Title: People Operations HR Compliance Manager
Location: Hybrid - Solihull (2 days per week in office)
Reporting to: HR Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

The People Operations HR Compliance Manager will be part of MyHR team, consisting of Recruitment, Helpdesk, Vetting and Onboarding, Employee relations and Learning & Payroll. The role will be vital in supporting the MyHR teams in ensuring compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities and audits. The MyHR team is dedicated to providing excellent HR support and services to our diverse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and fairness.
The People Operations HR Compliance Manager will work at the heart of the MyHR team, building solid relationships to guide, support and challenge each department towards compliant processes. There will be a need to capture, prioritise and assure their processes, whilst helping with root cause analysis, risk assessments, risk mitigation and problem solving. The role will also work with the departments in hosting and facilitating external and internal audits.
