KPI & Performance Manager

And right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded KPI & Performance Manager to join our team of essential key workers and help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.
Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, this role will see you monitor contract management information (MI) and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating, analysing and revewing reports on contract costs, reviewing local controls and processes for purchase ordering and associated expenditure providing a comprehensive overview to the Senior Contract Manager.
You will assist the Senior Contract Manager with month end KPIs, support the contract with analytical data analysis and management reporting, manage the Business Analysts to support Supervisors and the wider management team in the development of regular reporting against agreed targets, prepare local staff cost expenses and overtime reports and submit overtime data to payroll.
In addition to this, you will strive for continuous improvement and efficiency of data analysis to support decision making, assist staff with SAP queries, liaise with managers regarding Open Purchase Orders, blocked invoices, miscoding of costs and help develop existing staff, collaborate and and create a multi-skilled environment to ensure adequate cover for duties and responsibilities in the event of reduced resources, help drive innovation and improvements for internal processes and develop and maintain a network of positive working relationships with the customer, potential customers, partners and stakeholders.

What do I need to do the role?
To be considered for a position within our team, you will be an experienced manager with experience of analytical data manipulation and creating reports with advanced knowledge of Exel and its features.
You should have experience of administering a contract payroll process (overtime, expenses and absence) and experience of SAP, data processing, reconciliations and CRM.
Attention to detail is critcal to the success of this role, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and manage your workload effectively and efficiently.
It is desirable that candidates have knowledge of Whitespace or comparable software and Power BI.
Previous experience of working within Environmental Services is not essential as we will provide any additional training you may need.
