We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Improvement & Administration Manager to join a Housing Association based in West Ealing.
- To be responsible for the management of the administrative and planning functions working on the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that all staff are effectively tasked in line with the business needs. All performance is reported accurately throughout the business and all staff are made aware of the contracts performance on a monthly basis.
- To provide business performance data that supports the development of the contracts performance, whilst working with all departments to improve performance where necessary.
- Provide an effective interface with the client and ensure that the business meets all deadlines surrounding the submission of accurate performance information.
