Here at Serco, we deliver health assessments that help determine eligibility for benefits on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The Audit Clinical Support Lead (CSL) is required to assist and support the performance of employed health professionals who undertake PIP clinical audits. Audit CSLs ensure professional standards are maintained in all clinical work within PIP by providing training, clinical support, feedback, and advice to all audit-capable staff.
They monitor the clinical performance of auditors to ensure professional standards and quality of service levels are delivered and maintained, by assisting with performance indicators to ensure consistency with contract needs. They also manage the lot-wide audit sample from a clinical perspective, challenging grades where and when appropriate.
This essential role will continuously improve the delivery of our services to the most vulnerable in society as part of the HAAS, delivering disability assessment services on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.
