Salary: £17.00-£18.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join the property services team, covering properties in and around Hammersmith and Fulham. You will carry out maintenance works in residents homes efficiently and to a high standard, whilst adhering to all health and safety requirements.

Daily responsibilities of a Plumber are:

• Carrying out plumbing and wet plumbing tasks on a reactive breakdown and planned maintenance service

Requirements of a Plumber are:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience within the reactive maintenance environment
