We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Plumber to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties in Brent.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks utilising your multi-trade experience.
• Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders.
• Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements for the role:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
• Asbestos Awareness
• DBS Check
• Previous social housing experience as the work is carried out on resident's properties daily
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
