To support Serco's continuous growth and delivery of world class services, we are currently bidding for a new project in Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Privatization Project Lead.
The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.
Key accountabilities
The Project Lead's role will be to lead a team of consultants in the development of privatization processes and plans for a portfolio of projects for an esteemed ministry located in Saudi Arabia. The delivery of the contract will entail providing advisory services to support the ministry's privatization objectives, services and projects in order to encourage private sector participation. Development and execution of a knowledge transfer management programme. Responsible for performance oversight of all project work scope elements, associated deliverable development and submittal, and other contracted services. Responsible for all related PMO activities in support of the contract. Navigate through various technical and commercial deliverables

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively communicate (in both oral and in written form) with all levels of management, employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders. Ability to motivate, lead, manage change and work in a multi discipline and multi-functional team. Demonstrated commitment to the processes of continuous improvement and quality customer service;. Proven financial management expertise, especially the ability meet budget objectives. Have led a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-disciplined workforce to achieve the work output and quality of services.
