A successful corporate services organisation is looking to hire a Product Manager to help diversify revenue streams over time through driving new products. It's an exciting time to join the business which is going through a period of growth. This position will be fundamental in continuing to grow the business and its product offering.
Together with the project leaders and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for, and lead the delivery of a new product road-map. The role will allow you to work the idea through the production life cycle, to ultimate return of investment. This is a visible role and one in which you will truly be able to make an impact to business growth and ultimately future direction.
Product Manager - Key responsibilities;
*Driving the company's product vision to remain competitive in an evolving marketplace, communicating the vision to the rest of the company.
*Both create new Products and seek potential 3rd party Products which could be incorporated to and add value to the business. This will involve negotiating and working with 3rd party products and services that can be made bespoke or brought in "on brand".
*Designing, building and managing the product management process. You'll take ideas from across the business, assessing the viability and developing them to budget and on time.
*Understanding the needs of customers. Gathering and being able to prioritise customer and product requirements.
*Working closely with sales, marketing and support teams, providing training on new products and features to assist them in their roles.
Product Manager - Essential Requirements
*Demonstrable experience of commercial product management in a new product development team
*Experience of the following:
oDeep diving into an existing product and its commercial landscape
oProduct road-map construction and maintenance
oUsing data to back product decisions and credibility
oEngaging with real B2B users
*Experience across the whole product timeline. A good understanding of numbers and ROI, month on month to year on year
*Communication and relationship building skills - you will be working across the business at different levels and liaising with 3rd parties.
