Here at Serco, we are seeking an an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and specialise in mobile and tablet device management. If you are passionate about working with cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, Apple device management, and ChromeOS management, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will focus on providing 3rd-line technical support, troubleshooting, and optimising mobile and tablet infrastructure components. This includes managing mobile devices using Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, administering Samsung Knox, supporting Apple device management, and overseeing ChromeOS management. You will play a key role in improving device management processes and ensuring the security and performance of mobile platforms across the organisation.
