Production Operative

The position is Permanent, Full-time with a minimum of 39 hours per week, plus up to 2 hours overtime per shift.

Full Training will be provided, although previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, it is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of team on a fast-paced automotive production line shops include Stamping, Welding, Painting, Plastic mouldings and Assembly.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the company.
• Punctual and flexible to company needs.

Pay Rates & Hours of Work

• £13.59 (this includes average shift premium)
• Additional Shift Allowance/Overtime payments.
• Earlies - 5.45am to 3.18pm
• Afternoons - 3.05pm to 11.38pm

Shifts rotating weekly

• Weekend working mandatory (when required)
