Production Operatives

Blue Arrow are looking for Production operatives to work at a busy food manufacturing company based in Bellshill Industrial Estate

Temp to Perm
Shifts: Monday to Friday
06:00 to 14:30
Occasional backshift 14:00 to 22:30
£12.21

Duties involved -

* Perform production line tasks as directed by Supervisors and Key Workers.

* Understand product specifications, processing methods, and throughput targets.

* Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy.

* Follow company policies on hygiene, dress code, and health & safety.

* Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and COSHH regulations.

* Participate in training programs to build relevant skills.

* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices - including "Clean as You Go" and good housekeeping.

* Support a positive team environment with a professional and flexible attitude.

* Willingness to learn and work as part of a fast-paced production team.

* Commitment to food hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards.
