Within this project you will be assisting with a range of administration tasks which will include:
* Fine sorting post in line with set procedures and identifying items which are urgent/flagging any complaint cases.
* Sending standard template and free form letters to confirm basic shareholder information such as confirmation of share balance.
* Processing cheque reissues in line with strict regulatory procedures and using a bespoke system.
* Sending out forms generated by telephone requests/letters.
* Answering straight forward emails using template responses and sometimes personalising with bespoke working.
The role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
