The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Asset Overhaul Engineer in preparation for the overhaul project, driving forward project deliverables, tracking progress and supporting in project administration.

Key accountabilities

• Assist the Asset Overhaul Engineer in preparation of documentation for the project
• Responsible for all document control for the project
• Set-up the shared drive structure and maintain all relevant documents in an organised manner
• Based on the delivery programme, assist in tracking project progress using appropriate tools
• Prepare documentation for regular project meetings
• Support the preparation of project status reports for submission to the Management
• Proactively engage and communicate with the Overhaul Team in order to manage the update and monitoring of the programme
• Support in delivery of workshops and meetings relevant to the project launch
• Support in the identification and escalation of key risks to the Asset Overhaul Engineer in a proactive and timely manner
• Assist in the supply of documentation during audits.

• Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels within the organisation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid understanding of business processes and controls
• A mature proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving capability.

 Specific requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience, in delivering or administration of projects or programmes
• Excellent English language comprehension, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
• Advanced level user of MS Office tools, (especially Word, Excel, Visio)
• Knowledge and familiarity of digital collaboration and communication tools
• Ability and willingness to work out of hours.
• Comfortable with high degree of uncertainty, flexibility to respond to issues & meet deadlines.
