An exciting entry level/development opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Project Coordinator for our Engineering/Developer Services team based in Exeter. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months but has the potential to be extended or made permanent depending on business need.
As part of this job you will learn to deliver a large number of projects of varying size. You will see these projects through from application to conclusion. You will check the design of new schemes to ensure adherence to national standards and engineering best practice to minimise future capital and operational cost impacts on our business.
As key responsibility of this role you will be building and maintaining customer relationships to consistently deliver excellent customer service and allow our customers to receive comprehensive and seamless service.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting the costs on the schemes you will be delivering to make sure they are delivered on budget and any changes are agreed with the customer in advance.
Acting as an expert in your field you will gain experience of providing technical knowledge and guidance to internal and external customers, supporting innovative and sustainable solutions for drainage designs whilst keeping up-to-date with latest technology and products within the market.

*NVQ Level 3 in Civil Engineering/degree in Engineering, or equivalent*Well organised and able to meet deadlines*Experience of providing excellent customer service*Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
