Project Manager

Daniel Owen are a recruitment business working withing Building and Construction currently sourcing a Project Manager in Taunton area. We are currently working with a small regional main contractor specialising in retail and office fit out.

The role of Project Manager will involve working alongside the design, estimating and sales teams to understand specifications and client expectations, meeting with clients, sourcing materials and organising the on-site teams and contractors to create spaces that meet the brief within the timescales given.

  • Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

    • Planning projects
    • Resource management
    • Budget management
    • Staff and contractor management
    • Client meetings
    • Site management
    • Creation and implementation of RAMS

    Experience, attributes & skills sought for a Project Manager:

    • Project management experience.
    • Experience with construction or interior fit is desirable
    • Full UK Driving License
    • Computer Literacy (Including MS Office)
    • Postive Attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Project Management Qualification - Desirable
