Here at Serco, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations and Transformation team. You will lead and deliver projects across the full lifecycle, from definition through to closure, either as part of a wider programme or on a stand-alone basis. You will be expected to have substantial experience defining and leading large-scale projects in a complex and demanding environment.
You will use your effective leadership and management skills to manage the project and project team on a day-to-day basis and be able to build relationships at all levels, with a focus on colleagues and key stakeholders.
You will be able to support assurance reviews within the projects using the outputs and lessons learned for continuous improvement purposes
