To support Serco's continuous growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are currently bidding for a new project in Riyadh and in need of a Project Manager. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

In the Middle East, we employ more than 5,500 people across four countries including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq. Our employees remain our greatest asset.

Key accountabilities

• Responsible for performance oversight of all project work scope elements, associated deliverable development and submittal, and other contracted services
• Responsible for all related PMO activities in support of the Project Director
• Navigate through various technical and commercial deliverables
• Review work performance, project plans, and project schedules with the client program team
• Support any discussions associated with developing new work scope, modifying existing work scope, or updating the project plan, schedule, and associated budgets
• Ensure satisfactory project execution in accordance with the appliable Serco Quality Assurance, HSE, and other programs and policies
• Ongoing management of the Risk Management program with the financial planning consultant.

What we are looking for in our candidates:

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated high-level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively communicate (in both oral and in written form) with all levels of management, employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders. Someone who has the ability to motivate, lead, manage change and work in a multi discipline and multi-functional team. Committed to the processes of continuous improvement and quality customer service.

Specific requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• PMI/PMP certified
• 5 years of project management experience at a senior level within a business
• Knowledge of both international and local (KSA) statutory and legislated requirements
• Experience working on MS Projects, MS Visio, Auto CAD and CAFM systems.
