Contract Type: Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days in office at West Byfleet
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 dependent on experience
Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Purchase Order Coordinator who will be supporting the accommodation and operations team, ensuring all purchase orders, procurement activities and contracts are delivered.
You will be working in a team of 2 to do tasks such as: pulling trackers together, dealing with the supply chain, raising purchase orders, cost analysing and ensuring costs and invoices are correct, coordinating temporary works to keep track of all scaffolding across the contract. You will also be providing administration support to the Repairs Managers across the contract.
What you'll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within a fast paced administration position to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines. You will have worked previously using trackers and manipulating data. This role will include data processing and management so you will be proficient in MS Excel, Maximo or other bespoke IT systems.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You will also need a full UK Driver's license as there will be travel included in the role.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
