Contract: Full Time, Permanent 

Working Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid, Homebased with 3 days in the West Byfleet office

 

As a Purchasing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with our team and clients, you'll contribute to our mission of enhancing business opportunities and improving customer experiences. You will be identifying opportunities for advancing the organisation's mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively plan and coordinate purchase order workflows.
  • Update systems within prescribed timescales.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners and local merchants.
  • Run reports and maintain system information for all works.

 

Qualifications and Skills:


Experience: Proven track record in purchase orders within a planned and maintenance environment.
Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft packages.
Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
