Location: Cambridgeshire or Northampton (travel required across multiple sites)

The Quality Assurance Manager's primary role is to ensure that VIVO's customer is receiving their contracted services and work closely with service providers to manage these, driving service improvements as required.

 

This position will draw on your skills to influence, persuade and secure desired outcomes as well as the ability to form and grow effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Establish and maintain effective Quality Assurance in compliance with national and international regulations and standards and the clients auditing quantities and specification
  • Administer and maintain assurance procedures and activities required to ensure that the company's processes are in compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals
  • Analysis of performance data and rolling out strategic plans to improve performance
  • To work as part of an operational management team contributing and supporting with the operational performance of contract
  • Hold review meetings with the teams to review performance, opportunities and risks
  • Prepare and submit accurate and punctual monthly reports - Internal and external
  • Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve operational performance.

 

Skills:

 

Essential Skills:

 

  • Hard services FM industry experience preferred
  • Internal Audit qualification or willing to upskill
  • Experience of ISO9001 and ISO1401
  • Excellent It skills and proficient in use of Excel (Requirement)
  • Team Performance Management Experience (Requirement)
  • Strong negotiation skills (Requirement)
  • CAFM & SAP experience preferred
  • Over 2 year's operational management experience
  • Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety requirements including COSHH and RIDDOR
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must have ability to obtain 'SC' level Security Clearance
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Desirable Skills:

 

  • Experience of working on mechanical / electrical assets within a commercial environment
  • Accredited First Aid qualification
  • Accredited Health and Safety qualification
  • Membership of a relevant professional body
  • Experience working with the MOD
