Your Opportunity  

The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources, and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.

We are looking for a Quality Management Inspection Manager to support the Quality Management Manager in applying leading practices in Quality Management as well as to inspect the works of outsourcing consultants and O&M contractors to adhere to best practices.

The ideal candidate should have effective time management and organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Quality Management Inspection Manager will report into the Quality Management Manager and will be based in Riyadh.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support in inspections and assessments of quality systems, processes, and documentation to verify compliance with applicable local regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support in monitoring and inspection of works performed by outsourcing consultants and O&M contractors in adherence to the Quality Management System developed.
  • Support in the development of quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and documentation templates to standardize processes and ensure consistency in quality practices.
  • Support in quality assessments and mitigation activities to identify and address potential quality and compliance risks within the organization's operations.
  • Support and track in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audits, inspections, or non-conformance events, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness verification.
  • Support external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, notified bodies, and customers, facilitating audit readiness activities.
  • Support in the monitoring of changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, assessing their impact on the organization's quality systems and recommending necessary updates and modifications.
  • Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support in overseeing the quality assurance of outsourcing consultants and operation and maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
  • Monitoring the technical performance of facility management contractors to ensure compliance with quality and supervising contractors in implementing the work and tasks of operation and maintenance contracts .

 

Specific Requirements

  • Practical experience in KSA
  • Previous work in Public Sectors
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant field
  • Experience in quality services and studies
  • Familiarity with facilities operation consultancy is a plus
