The Job Opportunity


The purpose of this position is to perform all tasks in relation to guest services that includes reception, conference facility, reception butler service and to answer calls from internal and external customers.

Serco delivers essential Public services to customers in KSA on behalf of Governments, Semi-governments and large private corporations.


Key accountabilities


  • Meet and stand to greet visitors and notify the relevant individual on arrival of visitor.
  • Provide frontline customer service for all Client employees, visitors and contractors entering the facilities.
  • Stand to greet all Client employees when entering or leaving the building.
  • Answer calls promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously direct calls/enquiries and relay messages.
  • Ensure reception area, conference facility and VIP lounge are neat and tidy at all times
  • Always conducts oneself appropriately and professionally
  • Protect information assets and data including both electronic and paper based from all threats whether internal, external, deliberate or accidental
  • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences

Specific requirements


  • Minimum 2 year experience in hospitality services from a reputable and market leading hotel or airline or any hospitality facility.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds and standing
  • Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information in strict confidence
  • Ability to work with high integrity and minimum supervision
  • Must be a Saudi National
  • Six Sigma certification is a preference (yellow belt/green belt/black belt)
