Job Title: Seasonal Receptionist

Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU

Job Type: Fixed Term, Seasonal, February/March until October 2023

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, shifts between 9 to 2pm and 2pm to 9pm

Salary: £9.50 per hour (from April £10.42 per hour)

 


Here at Holme Pierrepont our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Seasonal Receptionist to join the centre.
 
Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients and individuals.

 

As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

 

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.

 

  

About You

 

We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment.

 

You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
