Recruitment/Careers Consultant - Legal Sector

We advise the best City lawyers on how and where to achieve their career goals.  Our client base is made up of the world's most successful law firms both US and UK headquartered.  We aim to match lawyers to teams that will help them achieve their goals.  Although we are a recruitment company we are much more consultative than most recruiters in the City.  We focus on quality over qualtity and operate a low volume high value approach.  

There is an element of cold calling for new starters but as you develop this is required less and less.  We are paid a % fee by our law firm clients to help them find the right people.   Our typical fees per placement are between £25,000 and £60,000 which allows to focus on adding real value to our candidates and clients.  

You will demonstrate perserverence, an interest in how the City works, and strong verbal communication skills.  

We have deep relationships and knowledge in our chosen legal field practice areas specialisms and will train you in all things recruitment and law firm related as well as provide an overview of how City institutions work.
