Immediate starts available What you will be doing As a successful graduate you will join one of our established medical divisions where you will receive one-to-one, on-the-job training, a designated mentor and all the tools and investment to achieve your ambitions. Y
our main duties will include liaising with our specialist candidates, resourcing suitable vacancies, matching the right candidates for the right jobs and managing placements.
Successful consultants will also be earmarked for our graduate management programme where we’ll invest in you to make you one of our future Divisional Managers. Globe’s recruiters will also be required to attend conferences in the UK and overseas, visit clients in locations across the UK and Ireland and attend after work events we organise throughout the year.

Typica Salary: Year 1 £20-35k OTE, Year 2 £35-65k OTE, Year 3 £75k + OTE. Benefits include
