Financial Services Regional Sales Manager Required
This would suit an existing Regional Sales Manager living in or willing to commute to Milton Keynes, but also willing to cover the Northampton area, which will involve travelling around the branches.
Consideration will also be given to applications from candidates who believe they have the relevant experience looking for the next step in their career.
You will manage and develop a successful and established team with a headcount of 10 Mortgage and Protection Consultants across 10 of our branches of Taylors and Wilson Peacock.
You will be financially rewarded for your teams success in exceeding sales targets in line with the normal FS Sales Manager remuneration scheme.

What you will be doing:
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the performance of a team of Mortgage and Protection Consultants spanning the local branch network. You will need to demonstrate sound judgement, commercial awareness and be able to create a sense of pride within your team. You will be responsible for coordinating the day to day detail around target setting and sales performance whilst delivering longer term sales forecasts and attraction/retention plans to senior managers within the business.
