Regional Sales Manager (UK North East) - WD

CEM Systems is a leading provider of security management solutions including integrated access control, ID Badging and alarm monitoring systems.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the dealer channel and industry partners such as consultants to increase new business sales for the CEM Systems brand in the designated territory -UK North East.
How you will do it
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
Development of sales for the CEM product range in territory
Development of, and support for, channel partners to achieve targets
Sales support for channel to include system design, product demonstrations and tender submissions
Contact target markets (including end-clients and consultants) to solicit new business opportunities
Provide quotations and tender proposals as required
Maintain and update company systems and business tools with accurate sales information
Attend trade events, including exhibitions, seminars and corporate events, as required
Submit timely reports and project updates as requested by senior management
Management of client end-accounts as required
Undertake other duties that may from time to time be allocated
What we look for
Degree educated in a Business or Technical related area or combination of education (HND, HNC) and/or extensive work related experience
Evidence of previous sales or business development experience within the security industry (access control sales experience would be advantageous)
Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets
Evidence of developing key customer relationships and new client development
Full and current driving license essential
Strong technical skills and understanding gained in similar technical environment
Highly developed interpersonal and communicational skills
Evidence of strong IT Skills - Fully competent in the use of the complete MS Office Package
Evidence of strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Whilst reporting into the CEM Systems Belfast headquarters, this is a home-based role and there is flexibility in the location of where the successful candidate will be based. The location must allow for ability to travel in order to service the UK North East territory
The successful candidate must possess a willingness to travel extensively in support and management of the territory
