Guidant Global is working with the UK's busiest airport, who seeks an experienced Resourcing Partner responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for either specialist or volume hiring across multiple departments within airport operations and business support functions.

As a Resourcing Partner, the successful candidate is responsible for delivering an exceptional hiring experience and results against KPIs using a variety of project management, relationship management, and recruitment and assessment techniques.

Translate diversity and inclusion ambitions to ensure that our talent and resourcing processes are supportive and inspiring internally and externally.

What you'll get to do as a Resourcing Partner:

  • Develop a deep understanding of capability gaps and recruitment needs and manage the complete recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, upholding the brand values of Heathrow as an employer of choice.
  • Develop trusted working relationships with People BP's, Reward and hire stakeholders
  • Stakeholder engagement and project management responsibility; delivering efficient recruitment services against forecasts and targets in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and managing the services provided by third-party suppliers against SLAs.
  • Manage internal and external recruitment and assessment activity, direct sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate screening, interviewing, and working with various 3rd party vendors and internal HR and Business stakeholders.
  • Partner with the business and external vendors on the suitable, cost-effective attraction and assessment methodology internally and externally.
  • Create medium to long-term recruitment strategies for designated business areas to deliver quality hires on time.
  • Pipeline management; designing and managing the smooth delivery of recruitment activity, including pre-screening, online testing, telephone and video interviewing, and assessment events.
  • Developing and sharing insightful reporting to demonstrate progress against targets and measuring ROI and performance against KPI's.
  • Guardianship of candidate and hiring manager experiences to ensure strong NPS results.
  • Strong knowledge of right-to-work and referencing requirements, keeping safety a key focus.
  • Involvement in evolving Heathrow's EVP and keeping career sites internally and externally relevant, accessible, and attractive.
  • Continuous improvement of assessment approaches.
  • Represent Heathrow and act as a brand ambassador at recruitment fairs, building solid relationships with external bodies to embed knowledge of Heathrow's EVP.
  • Support the broader Talent & Development team across several additional projects as necessary.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivering the best diverse talent to the business, creating an excellent recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to ensure the success of Heathrow's recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience ideally across several resourcing activities: Direct sourcing, attraction strategies (including social media), assessment centre design and execution, competency-based interviewing, partnering with a variety of talent and resourcing suppliers
  • Knowledge of diversity & inclusion, internal mobility, talent management & succession planning.
  • Project management skills

  • Attention to detail and compliance-focused
  • Passionate about creating an excellent stakeholder experience
  • Qualified or experienced in psychometric testing tools, such as Saville Consulting, SHL, Belbin etc.
  • Technical experience in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Boolean Searching, Talent Mapping, PPC campaigns and other attraction methods
