Rewards & Benefits Administrator

Must be able to travel to Hook around once a month.
Full Time - Permanent   
Salary - £28,000 - £29,500 dependent on experience

 

Here at Serco, we are seeking a Rewards & Benefits Administrator to support the UK & E Reward team by administering all activities related to compensation and benefits. You will assist in the overall delivery of a first-class service to the business the UK & E Reward strategy.


As part of this you'll:

 

  • Administration of the key benefit schemes and systems including:
  • Annual Leave Purchase scheme (ALPS) - supporting data collection, system administration and handling first line queries.
  • Private Medical Insurance (PMI) - Managing joiners/leavers on the Bupa admin system, invoicing and answering first line queries as well as supporting with any queries from Finance.
  • ShareSave - Supporting Group Reward in the annual scheme as required.
  • Administration of cyclical and adhoc activities in the benefits portal.
  • Run adhoc reports for the team to ensure data accuracy within the HR data systems and manage system corrections.
  • Assist in data collation and cleansing for cyclical reward activities (e.g., annual pay review and bonus, P11d submission).
  • Triage queries via Service Now to the appropriate team and dealing with first level queries for the Reward team, escalating as necessary.
  • Monitor the UK Reward inbox and assigning emails to the relevant team member.
  • Help to maintain the UK&E Reward TEAMS page ensuring up to date collateral is saved in one place with version control.
  • Supporting with the maintaining of data between Serco and our benefits provider.


What you'll need to do the role:

 

  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / Power Point / SharePoint.
  • English and Maths
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Work to a high degree of accuracy and produce good quality deliverables.
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise.
  • Self-motivated and drive to make a difference.
