Location: Aqua Splash Leisure Centre, Jersey / Some Hybrid working as well

Job type: Permanent

Working hours: 35 hours per week, can be flexible and occasional weekend work

Salary: Up to £35k per annum + Commission and Excellent benefits

Here at Aqua Splash Leisure our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Sales Advisor to join our centre.

 

We are looking for the ideal candidate that can engage and develop our commercial arm and drive sales of memberships in swimming lessons and our aquatic and wellbeing memberships.

 

You will be working collaboratively with the Aqua Splash Team to develop a commercial culture. You will report direct to the Contract Manager and work closely with sales managers based in the UK. You will have direct accountability for the commercial success through membership and ticket sales at Aqua Splash.

About you

 

 

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, who pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.


We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous Sales experience.

 
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.

 

Lastly, you must show proactiveness and innovation within the role in addition to being self-motivated and target driven.
