Leading from the front in driving sales engagement with existing customers for our clients public (Azure/AWS) and hybrid managed cloud solutions.
We are seeking a successful sales leader who has the skills, experience and track record to work with their team to develop and drive sustained growth. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate clear leadership, not just of their direct reports, but of the team of supporting individuals who enable sales to our clients' customers.
Lead a team of Account Managers with responsibility for their growth, personal development and training
Drive daily, monthly and quarterly cadence within the team structure
Align closely with the product and solutions engineering teams to develop sales strategies across our clients' portfolio
Generation of net new revenue through driving and developing sales strategies and campaigns
Demonstrate ability to work closely with strategic partners
Share and build customer references across the portfolio and within targeted verticals
Demonstrate solution selling capabilities
Create a thriving and collaborative team ethic structured around personal and shared success
