Salary:  £24,000

Working hours: 37.5 hours. Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm & 9am - 5pm on a ROTA - Hybrid working Monday & Wednesday from home 

 

 

Serco, in partnership with the Home Office, delivers Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the North West and Midlands and East of England. We are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Co Ordinator to join our team, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers receive the support they need and have access to high-quality accommodation. As a Service Delivery Co Ordinator, you will play a vital role in building effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract. You will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of IT systems, producing reports and information updates to a high standard within a limited timeframe, and working alongside other Service Delivery Teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuation of service throughout. 

 

 

 

What you need to do the job

 

The ideal candidate will be a team player with an adaptable attitude toward work, strong MS Excel and ICT skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You must have previous experience in administration and be confident in making informed decisions.
