Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 (Depending on experience)
Working hours: Full-Time - 40 hours (Flexible) - Monday to Friday
HMP Dovegate is a category B male establishment prison based on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border near Uttoxeter. The operational capacity is for 1100 prisoners, and it takes a whole team of people to keep the facility safe, secure and in proper working order.
As our Segregation Administrator, you will be providing support to the Segregation Unit, you will conduct operational and administrative duties while working closely with prisoner custody officers and the custodial operational manager. You will also ensure a high level of security and confidentiality is maintained in relation to staff and prisoners, and that all information, both written and oral, is treated confidentially. A key element of this role is computer-based working therefore you will need to possess a high level of office base skills.
