To support Serco's continuous growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are currently bidding for a new project in Riyadh and in need of a Saudi National who will join us as Senior Document Controller. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key accountabilities

The Senior Document Controller will maintain project documents and ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout Serco and Stakeholders on time, specifically to the people who need it. The holder of this position will also sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for the concerned parties and provide support to the Consultants/Subject Matter Experts within a project or a portfolio.


What we are looking for in our candidates:

We are looking for an individual who has demonstrable experience of operating and administering a document management system. Has the ability to advise and consult on the use of a document management system and expert knowledge of Aconex document management system. Someone who has a proven record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public sector stakeholders.


Specific requirements

  • Completion of higher education such as University Degree or Diploma.
  • 5 years' minimum experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments with focus on document control.
  • Extensive experience of working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or internationally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
