Are you an experienced forensic psychologist with a passion for transformative rehabilitation? At Serco, we're looking for a Senior Forensic Psychologist to pioneer our brand-new 24/7 Therapeutic Community (TC) and drive forward our commitment to rehabilitative justice.

Make an impact at Serco

In this vital role, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversight, shaping the future of therapeutic practices within a secure setting. You'll develop and launch the new TC, bringing its principles to life. You'll contribute to strategic planning, offer expert consultancy, and influence multi-disciplinary meetings, making a tangible difference in reducing re-offending and enhancing prisoner rehabilitation.

As part of our dedicated and collaborative team, you'll be entrusted to deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate effective interventions, provide expert consultancy and act as a professional witness in formal settings, while also playing a key role in the Rehabilitative Culture strategy. Maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance will be a must at all times.

Join a place you can grow

We pride ourselves on a culture of support and growth, where professional excellence is central to our work. Here, you'll lead and guide a clinical team, including Forensic Psychologists in Training (FPiTs), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. We're dedicated to supporting your career, providing the resources and encouragement you need to thrive. So let us know your aspirations, and we'll be with you every step of the way, creating an environment where both you and your team can grow and succeed together.

With the introduction of the new TC, a new psychologically-led unit working to enabling environment principles, and the use of EMDR and schema therapy, here you'll discover a wide range of interesting opportunities to enhance your experience and enrich your career.
