Location: Quarry Leisure Centre, SY1 1RU
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, mixture of earlies, lates and weekends on a 3 week rota
Salary: £10.39-£10.67 per hour depending on age

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Senior Lifeguard to join the centre.
As the senior Lifeguard, the purpose of the role will be to work within the centre whilst ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care.
You will be reporting to the duty manager and in the duty manager's absence, the successful candidate will be managing the facility and ensure all activities are delivered to a high standard.
Furthermore, you will be involved in supervising specific activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and working on the safe handling and set up of equipment.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.
What you'll need to do the role
We are looking to hear from candidates who have previous experience in a customer facing environment and can demonstrate a can-do attitude to get the job done.
It is essential that any candidates either have an NPLQ qualification or are able and willing to complete the qualification. Although not essential, having a pool plant operator certificate would be beneficial.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
