The Job Opportunity
Serco is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager to further develop the Advisory Services team, grow our pipeline and lead the delivery of projects across the region. The role will be based in the MENA region, and the successful candidate will be reporting to the Director of Advisory Services.
The role will be focused on delivering strategic and transformation consultancy services to clients.
Key accountabilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Advisory Services including Portfolio Establishment & Investment Management, Transformation Program Design and Planning including operating models, Support development of 'Go-to-Market' strategy, approach and supporting material, Build a pipeline of Advisory Services opportunities, undertake technical responsibilities including, Design of Transformation Program including milestones, scheduling and interdependencies, development of benefits management frameworks and benefits mapping etc.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
The ideal candidate should be someone who has worked in a Management Consultant capacity preferably with a Big Four Consultancy or Global strategy houses or international management consultancies in the Middle East region, should have experience of planning & reporting tools, including MS Project, Primavera - P6, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Specific requirements
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen related to project budgeting and cost estimation
- Shall be qualified with a degree (preferably Business Management, Project Management or Engineering)
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management, management consultancy or an advisory services capacity
