The Recruitment Operations team:
The role is part of a relatively newly formed team created as part of a recruitment transformation project within BAE Systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to bring in new ideas and will want to challenge what good looks like.
There is career development potential within the team in the future, or alternatively opportunities to apply for positions within the wider People Services team.
Working as part of the broader Recruitment Operations function as a Senior On-boarding Professional, the role holder will play a pivotal part in the overall candidate experience and recruitment lifecycle. The role holder is both responsible and accountable for supporting various stakeholders across BAE Systems and managing a variety of complex processes with potential requirement to broaden this across experienced, early careers and contingent recruitment - working both individually and as part of a team.
