Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to support the People Director in delivering people related objectives within the Defence Business Unit.
In this key role you will hold specific responsibilities across a number of Maritime and Aviation contracts to ensure the people strategy is flowed down, providing support from the central HR teams. You will be expected to lead a number of change management projects and you will also take the lead in Defence industrial relations related issues, involving substantial union engagement. A demonstrable track-record of, not only union negotiation, but also building a partnership with unions is essential for success.
