Senior Transformation Consultant

The Senior Transformation Consultant is a strategic Leadership role responsible for defining, directing, planning and managing the execution of programmes of work within the customer services division.

The role will be responsible for the delivery of transformation programmes in driving profitable growth as well as taking out significant cost within the business unit.

 

This role requires a high level of transformation change management experience, including challenging, inspiring and leading a team that should be recognised as an industry subject matter experts, ahead of the game in thinking and continually looking to drive innovation within the practice, you will be tasked with delivering new ways of working and new efficiencies including, technical solutions and digital transformation for our Company's existing and future clients. 

 

Key accountabilities

  • Supporting the collaboration with colleagues on the Leadership Team in driving the business through its next chapter of growth, aligned to business objectives
  • Supporting the development of the strategic and operational plans for the division
  • Driving and supporting others to deliver innovation within the Division and embracing the development of new products and services where appropriate
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic account planning across the Division whilst owning key client relationships as appropriate
  • Leading and championing Subject Matter Expertise across the Practice
  • Leading a team of highly talented people

 

Essential experience

  • In-depth understanding of the Contact Centre area
  • Commercially savvy, a strong sales/business development focus and a keen networker
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Established strategic agility with the capacity to understand complex business problems, market trends and technology challenges
  • Analytical problem solver, able to understand interdependences of business functions and impacts of decisions, and sets priorities based on what is important and relevant.
  • Proven thought leadership experience, providing insight and direction for the company and the consulting line of business
  • Proven business performance management and business resource planning experience
