Here at Serco we are looking for Assistant Service Finder to join the team at Hertfordshire Adult Care Services.
As Assistant Service Finder you will find and commission a range of services to help older people and/or their carers achieve the outcomes identified by their assessment of need.
You will ensure services purchased represent value for money, are commissioned accurately within the budget approval levels set and build relationships with providers and develop expert knowledge of available resources to support older people and their carers.
What you will need to do the role
You will need to be naturally customer focused and hold experience using IT systems and customer information system.
To be successful in the role you will have Social Care and/or health industry experience and knowledge.
