An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Service Improvement Delivery Leader based in Exeter.
You will work with the Service Improvement Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of improvement initiatives and ensure this translates to a robust delivery which can be tracked to a measurable improvement in performance. You will ensure that delivery is managed within the constraints of costs, quality and performance realisation.
The introduction of consistency measures across the industry along with the increased ODI risk from poor service provision requires a robust, coordinated response to mitigate potential financial and reputational impacts.
Service improvement will play a key role, working with the business to lead the design of improvement initiatives and ensure this translates to delivery which can be tracked against a measurable improvement in performance.
This role, specifically, involves working with WWS Operations to understand functional and organisational needs and translate them into appropriate advice or interventions.
Resolving and escalating risks and issues to the Service Improvement Delivery Manager is also an integral part of the role. You will also be responsible for undertaking regular post implementation assessments to ensure new processes remain fit for purpose and deliver the required outputs.

*Educated to a minimum of A-Level standard*Proven experience of change management, enabling and managing change through people, processes and technology*Ability to constructively challenge, demonstrate conflict management and problem-solving skills*Excellent report writing skills*Ability to engage and listen to people*To be able to adjust workloads according to demands*Has a thorough detailed approach whilst recognising the need for timely delivery*A background in Operational or Customer Service Delivery environments
