About the Role
Safety and Incident Management Service (SIMS) maintains and promotes the safety and security of all individuals, equipment, and the site, as part of our vision to create Australia's leading Healthcare Environment. We maintain a highly visible presence, engage with individuals, reliably monitor security and parking systems, and respond rapidly and professionally to safety, security and emergency incidents.
The Control Room Operator monitors activity at the Fiona Stanley Hospital site and is responsible for managing multiple systems including CCTV, intercoms, building management systems and parking systems to receive, prioritise and manage site-based incidents. The Control Room Operator is expected to demonstrate high level of customer service, initiative and planning to ensure an efficient service delivery.
