Job Description
You will repair composite components in a variety of materials following detailed drawing specifications to produce high quality parts for a variety of aircraft. Your role will include a range of tasks where you must be able to demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team. You will work with a minimum level of supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work undertaken. This role will require a very proactive approach to finding solutions to problems and identifying areas for improving safety, cost, quality and delivery within the business.
Starting salary, £28,274.04 upon receipt of the AO stamp increasing to £29,112.24
Late shift is 2pm-10pm then Friday is 12-6 (20% uplift on all late shifts)
With uplift the salary will increase to £33,928 further increasing to £34,934 after AO stamp
