The Role
- You will be part of developing cutting-edge infotainment software using Andoid and Apple CarPlay.
- Engineering bespoke navigation functions, web-based radio functionality, and enablers for web services.
- You will own your code from the ground up designing architecture for services from scratch.
- Performance testing your applications in order to deliver the highest quality products.
- Work in cross-functional teams of Engineers and Product Managers who are experts in their fields.
Must Haves
- You use the latest Android SDK and are a master of Java and C++ with (ideally both) with experience in integrating Apple CarPlay into Automotive Software Systems.
- You have experience with Bluetooth and other connectivity protocols.
- Have a fundamental understanding of HTTP/REST, MQTT, gRPC technologies and proven experience of implementing them in production.
- Understand Asynchronous and Reactive design concepts.
Bonus
- Embedded software experience is advantageous.
