My client is currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Architect to join their team.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure the successful delivery of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of 4me-based Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions, guiding the onboarding of new processes and services that have never been integrated before.
- Work alongside Business Analysts to understand business requirements and deliver seamless data integration solutions.
- Define and manage data models, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITIL practices.
- Provide expertise on the service metaphor and work within an ITIL framework to support efficient service delivery.
- Own the solution design for pulling data into a unified data lake, supporting the implementation of a data governance framework.
- Support the business's ongoing initiatives, including the recently launched ESM product and future expansions into new service areas.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new services into the ESM platform.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in delivering cloud-based solutions for large enterprises, with a focus on enhancing business processes and customer journeys.
- Understanding of EMS systems such as 4me/Xurrent, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix platforms or similar, with a strong background in integrating business processes and IT services.
- Strong knowledge of data models, integration techniques, and modern protocols (such as REST).
- Experience working with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure platforms and related integration services.
- Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, understand business requirements, and provide solutions that align with ITIL and service management principles.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, engaging effectively with business users, technical teams, and senior leadership.
